****med by Telkom employee

I have a home wifi contract with Telkom, I have been ****med by a Telkom Employee, his name is Themba Vilakazi. The first interaction with this man, was when he came to install a home fibre wifi at my house in Centurion - Stoneridge area. He then said if we needed any help regards the WiFi, i should contact him directly as he's the Telkom Technician for my area. To cut the long story short, this man has taken money from me promising to come fix our WiFi connection at home, recently i gave him money for the WiFi extender, he said he will go buy the extender and then come install it at the house. Themba Vilakazi disappeared with my money and he's not taking taking my calls. I am currently working out of the country until December and it is difficult to track him down. I need Telkom to assist me regards to this case as i have been ****med by his employee.
