Telkom has been deducting money on my bank account for a router that I don't have. They delivered a wrong router to me in Jan 21, I immediately called them and they came to take it back. I was told I will be contacted till today I'm still waiting. I call 10210 every month and their service sucks. I even went to Telkom Bellville branch still no help, they just happily deduct money every month
