I'm very unhappy and fuming😠. I took a R199 data Sim deal which was sold to me by their consultant in 2020 the second month they send me a bill of R699 I tried calling and sending emails about this issue but no one returned my calls or emails. Today I'm told I owe R3200 for a simcard that has been inactive since 2020. I called in their consultant today found Nomthandazo Mthimkhulu who couldn't even assist in solving this, she couldn't even transfer my call to her manager saying it's confidential. TELKOM IS A **** PLEASE DONT BE A VICTIM. 💔
