One of their sales representatives ****med me out of a good internet package that had a 900 gigs soft cap a month down to a 200 gigs soft cap so now every month by week 2 i am capped at 35 kb/s down from 1mb/s. She removed the telephone line but never once mentioned i will lose my package after repeated calls and online chats with customer support and sales they refuse to change it back. Absolutely do not support these ********
