2 Months ago i was offered a deal by one of your sales rep. The agreement was that I would get 10gb data + 500mb nightsurfer for R139.00, this was a telephonic sale therefore the call was recorded.

My first payment was due October and to my I was owing R680.00 which is not what I agreed upon.

I went to enquire this at the Telkom Mobile at Promenad mall and the redirected me to your customer service line which was not helpful at all.

Customer service (call centre) confirmed that the information that was provided to me by the first sales rep was incorrect. The offe was for 500mb and 10gb night surfer. This should automatically make this contract voidable.

You guys said that you will investigate the issue and i am yet to hear from you.

You later went to take R1460.00 from my account again, i reversed this debit order because once again this is not what I had agreed upon!!!!!!

I would like to cancel this contract with you guys!! Your sales rep ****med me and your complaints service is pathetic .

I need someone to call me ASAP!!!
