Last year I app**** for a phone via online,then a sales consultant called me ,and they told me they have delivered the phone while I had no phone with me,last year September they debited till now they still doing that ,I then went to Maponya to open a ***** case they told me I will get a call after 2week,however when I went there after 2weeks because i jlnever received any call,they told me they still busy with the case I waited again but I can see now Im being played cause I tried calling again last week their customer care consultant told me that the case has been closed how I dont know while I didnt receive any feedback from them,I asked them to call their manager so funny they forever on the meeting when I call and I always live my contact details for them to call me but they dont,I asked the consultant who was handling my case still they dont know and they cant help me with anything.Im so ****ed cause they all so useless and they busy debiting my money for something that I dont have sis what a disgusting service I've been getting not happy at all and I want my money back you ********.
