**** on DATA in NOVEMBER!!

Dear Telkom, what happened to our data this month? My mobile router is mostly off due to me using my home wifi from another provider. My husbands LTE which usually carrys over to the next month also disappeared!! My Cousin's data also dissapeared and a friend of my also confirmed the same thing!!

Can we please have our data back!!

Like I said my mobile router is off and I bought enough to last into the next year. Please fix this issue.
