**** of a service provider

Telkom is such a ****, I requested for my contact to be canceled 2 months ago and was told my 4 different consultants it will. The contract was never canceled kept on hearing different stories. Now my other line data line has ben suspended for no reason, theu debited my bank account end of September and never missed a payment. When I requested to speak to a manager I was told no manager is on duty. Telkom call center staff are not trained properly, don't know what they are doing on those calls. Im never taking out a contact with them again and would never recommend anyone to take out a line with them. Very good at debiting someone's account but poor network coverage and always don't do what the customer wants they all do what they want. Very annoying service provider I regret ever making business with them after I was warned about telkom
