<p> </p> <p>**** **** ****, Just a Little truth about mondo, they subcontract for Telkom and they offer you a deal which sounds great.</p> <p>" JUNE 2016, We will give you an extra phone with your current Telkom phone deal you just purchased for under R200, that's for both phones"</p> <p>, so we get the phone and end up paying R380+- for both phones. We cancelled the deal as it was an ******* sale. Sent the phone back and we are still being billed by Telkom because Mondo HAS NOT SENT CONFIRMATION THAT THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED TILL THIS DAY.</p> <p>The FIRST result of this is that I must stop payments from Telkom and my other contracts with Telkom cannot work.</p> <p>The SECOND result is I had to stop the payment and my other contracts with Telkom does not work as it falls under one payment,</p> <p>THIRD and personal favorite is that I'm paying for a service and product I don't have.</p> <p>I'm amazed at how Telkom, allows Mondo to ***** their clients over. Bare in mind Telkom has been aware of the situation and is not willing to resolve the matter, but instead offer words with no action.</p> <p>@buymondo @telkomSa</p>
