****, Bull**** ****

So in August I bought add-on internet bundle of 1G=R100, only to see in my statement by November that they actually been deducting everymonth, so now it's reccuring! ***?? N even now when I check online - there is no recurring offer, jst data n the amount! Been calling n all they say is they will cancel it... I wanna know about the previous months. Even at store I showed them, n yet Cnt assist. Nooo that's bull****, we can read n make our own decisions. I want a solution for the 300 data over the months. The agent tells me they wnt refund if bundle has been used?? Whose fault coz I am not aware of it, I'm just using as I usually do, n they will tell me when it deplits so that I can make my own personal arrangements further.
