************ - USELESS COMPANY

just the title alone should show my extreme ****en outrage at the useless service that telkom provides!!!

I have had horrorific line quality and internet speed since December 2017. I have had several conversations with your consultants, most of them out of my own pocket because my landline does not work ! so I cannot even phone toll free! i had to kick and scream and basically be nasty to get telkom to send out someone to fix my line. which after 2 months they sent someone out, very nice guy at first , he told me the line was damaged due to lighting striking it but that he had fixed it he then told me he needs to switch the line back on at another port and assures me he will call me on my landline when he does it to make sure the landline works or he will return and alas !!! the ****en asshole ****s off and doesnt call or return. the adsl line doesn't cut out anymore but it doesn't work properly our internet provider informed us that the reason we don't have 4meg speed is because our adsl line (with telkom) is damaged and it shows up on their system and still our landline doesn't work at all !!!

how can a company this big be such ************, always changing stories or saying the job is done when it clearly hasn't been and then to spend hours trying to get someone to fix the problem and then be accused by your staff that I am a **** and I don't know what I am talking about.

I am beyond fuming when I have to even think of phoning telkom again to get our current internet issues sorted !!! which I have to do now because I am not paying ****loads of money for a service that is broken.!!!!

it would be great if telkom would surprise it's clients by actually doing their jobs pleasantly.
