24 months ago I have signed up for a LTE mobile route contract, that is specifically suppose to last for the duration of 24 months. I went into a telkom store to query why I was overcharged by R150 and why my contract has continued into the 25th month. It was conveyed to me that my contract “automatically” converted to a “month-to-month” deal, which really upset me, because I couldnt wait for this contract to end to put in an ADSL line and now they debited my acc, WITHOUT my permission. No form of communication with me to ask if I would like to have my comtract to be made into a monthly thing. You guys are a bunch of ************ and money hungry *******. And to top this off i was overcharged by R150.00, from R305.00 to R450.00. I will never recommend your service to any family or friends cause you will do the exact same!
