These is to report how neglegence and ******** TELKOM MOBILE with agent matters that regards ***** and ****s , on the 25th December 2014 ,an amount of R4500, was deducted from my account from a company called telkom mobile, I reversed the money since I had no idea what was that all about . January 17 2015, an amount of R6200 , was deducted again by the same company! Which made me very curious and stressed , decided to request my credit report , and here I see these company with contacts number,called them on the same day 17 Jan 2015, to my suprise , I phone 6 and S4 was taken by contract with my name.I was requested to submit and affidavit which I did, initially I was communicating with Dibakiso Makena , who was assisting me, who afterwards told me they were busy with investigation, understable so I waited, these is the end of April now , had not heard anything from any of these people including dibakiso, I have called thousands times, sent these woman emails , but I get nothing .These has affected my credit big time, Be warned people TELKOM MOBILE RUNS ***** AND ****S ,
