********** : 100gb night surfer data now throttled !!!!

Why is the 100gb night surfer data throttled now? I don't know who at Telkom decided to throttle the night surfer data without any mention of the throttling of data between 12 to 1am, and 5 to 7am. There is no mention of this when you are purchasing the data. I feel like I've been ****med. I want to report this matter to a higher authority because it's just not fair to the consumer. I will seek legal advice on this matter. Please be transparent with the FUP for night surfer data. I'm not purchasing Telkom night surfer data until the throttling is removed, and I will advise all my friends, work mates and family to do the same.
