Telkom Mobile is getting in to our nerves.

My late Father had a cellphone contract with Telkom Mobile before passing away in June 2019. We contacted them few weeks after his death to arrange a way forward but their constant referred us to a local branch which is 120 Kms away from our town. None the less we went there only to be told that they do not deal with such cases. My Mother started to receive calls from their attorneys demanding huge amount from her. They are still harrassing and tormenting her even after she sent documents to confirm his death. Telkom is no go zone, stay away from them.
