Hello Peter, I have a problem with telkom, they have de*****ed me, there is a lady who called and offered me a telkom 10G R135pm with router on a 24months contract, the contract started in May this year, she said it's on special were you get 2months free, and she asked if I need add on data for R216, I said I'm not interested coz I can only afford R135pm, she started by capturing wrong bank account details, so I cannot see early that she *****ed me, some lady called and said the debit order didn't go through I'm in arrears of this crazy amount, I explained to her that this is wrong, the must rectify it, nothing happened till today instead I'm receiving statements with over R2000 arrears, when I check the statement, I saw that from R135pm my installment is over R400pm, Telkom is ripping people off
