Mutual & Federal is the underwriter for Admin Plus who are just doing the telephone services for Telkom Insurance - worst ever group to deal with, they pass the buck between each other and Mutual & Federal refuse to deal with clients directly despite them being the underwriter - i lost my devices on 26 August 2021 and to date i have not received replacements, i paid access and submitted every single form of document requested from me. do not ever sign up for telkom contracts and take up their insuarance they dont care about their customers and they will not respond to emails or give u an update
