I m so disappointed right now. 2014 sum1 stole my Id and open account him them by taking goods from telkom store. 2015 I went to fourways store to check my status after I found out from itc report that I do owe them. They told me do aftavide . I gave them to fax it to they legal team . I never receive an call from them thot it was cancelled. Last week I went there to buy roater then they told me I do owe them 26k. We did check with consultant lady at the shop to find out that my complaint that I made 2015 it's been emmideidly cancel from they legal team. Then they made other investigation last week Thur . They told that they will call me in 48hrs till today. I feel like they vaulating my rights . So I need advice from any law. I was supposed to get house and car and cellphone from vodacom.
