<p>Be aware of the Telkom **** where an out sourced company has been calling clients informing them that their ADSL line is due for an upgrade. They offer you the Huawei LTE modem UNCAPPED. They send this modem via a courier company. The modem comes with a missing antenna. The sales rep will ask for banking details , since when does TELKOM do this . They debited a total of R1400.00 plus R150.00. The order number and the contract for the modem does not reflect on the TELKOM system. When you try can cancel it TELKOM wants to charge a panelty yet it's not the clients fault. I have been running around for 4 weeks. The only telkom store that was helpful was in The Glen mall. Trade Route mall Vaal mall TELKOM stores are useless. SO BE AWARE OF THIS ****, RATHER GO TO THE STORE DIRECTLY AND DO THE UPGRADE. Uptil now my problem has not been resolved. </p>
