Says in contract and adverti*****t and email free installation,r2000 rand accredited to account when applying through telkom but i get charged ***

OH , you send me an email apply for a fibre line and get R2000 off installation,you then phone me for a deal , for a Fibre 20mbps line where i speffically asked if the installation and devices are free and your agent said yes now your ****ing charging me for this **** you come take your piece of **** back if that the case im im now im opening a case of harr*****t against you for your call centres that refuse to remove me from your listing after numoerous talking to u you to remove my lkisting ,for ***** and falsifying deals not as per agreement even have it in black and white plus the recording of the sale im done using you your service is ****,your excess charges are and will not be tollerated i have had issue with you from day 1 with bull**** excess i am taking this legally i never asked for a router you siad you would supply a a router withy the isntallation of the fibre your mail also stated that i would get money off on the account if app**** for a fibre deal through telkom,in the recorded voice chat i asked about pro rata and beciase im having it installed on 28 feb you cant charge me for that, i asked and was told installation and device would be free , then i get a nice ****ing bill **** you sort your **** out and expect a call from my lawyer im done taking your **** , hell i didnt even sign for the ****ing device come and collect and take it back i am sick of this you have voided via breach of contract of a verbel ,legal and black and white document i will see to that this stops you show me where i asked and sign for this router i wasnt even aware of it when it was deliever let alone notified take your router and shove it where the sun doesnt shine!
