SATY AWAY FROM TELKOM BUSINESS !!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM BUSINESS !!!!! My business uses Telkom phone lines. We are in the retail environment and rely on our phone lines to generate turnover daily. In Dec 2017 our lines were down from 8 Dec 2017 to 5th Of Jan 2018. Now again our line are down since the 9th of June 2018 and we were advised by a sms that they have identified the problem and that our lines might be back on after the 30th of June 2018 ????????? How does a service provider think that this is acceptable for someone running a business ??? Half a month in a economy which already takes a lot to run a business. I have phones, screamed, begged and more to try and get some sort of SERVICE FROM TELKOM without any response, phone call or any other acceptable alternative. BY the way they diverted my line to my cell which was great but only worked for two days and now they can't get this to work either. TELKOM as a company CANNOT PROVIDE SERVICE to any business so be warned before you make the mistake that I made and see your turnover run down the drain daily !!!!!
