<p>On the 16th February I app**** online for a WIFI router special from Telkom of R149,my application was approved and I was informed that I had to wait 7days for delivery which never transpired. I have been calling them daily to ascertain what was the cause of the delay and they kept on telling me that one of of their consultants was busy with my account;I requested an email address for this consultant whom I emailed on Monday 27th February 2017 and to date I never received any response : email address ********** They keep on telling me that they are busy with my order and there is no substantial feedback and they keep on promising to call me back and never do. Hello please.....assist me.</p>
