Satisfying Service

#WIN On Saturday 28 August 2021, I had the worst of my life...I was cooking Oxtail at my place sipping on my GIN, Guess what?? My Huawei Y9 Prime 2019 fell into the Pot!! I panicked for 3-4 min, at the time when I removed the phone half-cooked!!! I remembered that it was a contract phone, switched off the stove, left everything, and drove to Eastgate - (Telkom Store)..Wow, As I walked in, I saw a lady running towards me with a bottle of Sanitizer, I felt BIG, Celebrity, but it was just customer service!! Sales Lady, the impeccable person ever, I laid my story and she gave me her ears, great deal, great product, great money, She told me your contract is ready for renewal, I looked on the roof and said God you have power!.... I spent 30 min in the store, the lady told me how to operate the phone and what's best for me to use it, she remained professional in all our interactions, I am and I will forever be a Telkom customer, thank you so much, It's not what we always expect and I believe it needs to be said out loudly!! thank U
