Satisfying service

I was pleasantly surprised by the service of Telkom recently. My internet connection went down and I called the call center after hours. Within 5 minutes I was transferred to a consultant and he proceeded to reset my line for me. My internet connection was restored within 10 minutes. I feel like this was great service.
