I normaly get a pathetic service at telkom before getting help,but sunday when i phoned the call centre for the 4th time i was realy frastrated and angry,the agent who helped me was calm,proffessional and very helpful,she assisted me and managed to get what was wrong at first.i am very happy with the help i got from Colleen Mojapelo she was very proffessional and helpful..service appreciated
