SA's biggest let down

I had lost my telkom internet Sim, I performed a Sim swap at a nearby telkom shop, this was 2 weeks back and the Sim still does not have internet access nor bundles loaded to it, I've been trying to get help to no avail, yet they're still deducting payment for the said Sim
