sarcastic stupid telkom consultant

i called Telkom cause i was experiencing internet connection . I spoke to a consultant called Thabang on the 7 March at 1:50am. I asked what was the problem thabang told me that the having trasmitter signal issues, i should use other services provider. He was very cheecky and very sacarstic and said they network will be back up at 5 am . Telkom sent no SMS to customers to notify that network is down , no apologies from Telkom nor their services consult , i guess this is the kind of **** services for trying to use a cjeaper network provider like Telkom.Customer services is bull**** , becareful not to loss out on customers as we being told by your own consultan to se other services providers .
