Sarcastic agents

I chatted to one of the customer care agents on the site, namely Nanjabula Jill. Who refused to attempt to be compassionate or even give me a hearing, she then proceeded to be sarcastic and rude. I even have screenshots to prove it, my query is still not even solved... I hope someone gets back to me, I have posted a complaint here, almost 6 months ago but no-one responded.
