SANELE MATHENJWA - SALES DEPARTMENT

Well cant say I'm surprised Telkom hasn't responded yet, akere they don't give a **** about people , only thing they are after is fattening their pockets and to hell about service delivery . I phoned in again today and I spoke to an idiot named Sanele Mathenjwa in the sales department - to cut the story short that lady wasted 45mins of my time and she still couldn't solve my problem just like all the other consultants I have dealt with in the past 2months.

Telkom doesn't care because they know they don't have competition so it doesn't matter if their service sucks and their consultants are not even clued up about what they are suppose to be doing at work cause at the end of the day they know we need Telkom , its really sad .

I for one have given up and the level of disgust I have for this company I can never even begin to explain with words.

As far as I am concerned Telkom can go to hell.
