Sandton city Telkom are con artists

Do not ever take out anything with this company. The Sandton city branch are a bunch of con artists. The branch manager Pat and regional manager Reuben, defends their ***********, ********* staff, who con customers into taking out contracts on products, they have no stock of. They are extremely *********. They falsely promise products, bind you to a contract *********ly, and the branch manager and regional manager ignores their staff's incompetency and inadequacy to fulfill on product offerings. The regional manager doesn't take any accountability for his staff's incompetency. All the staff cover up for each other and the manager hides when you go in personally to the branch, avoids having to deal with customers or to take accountability. I signed a contract under false offerings in Dec 2024. To date, I do not have the full product. Pat hides away and referred me to a call centre after his branch *********ly sold 36 month contract to me and to date, have not provided me with the full product. He refused to cancel the contract and said I need to pay a penalty if I want to cancel. I requested the cancelation before 30 days after signing, when i still did not have the watch I was promised. Why should I pay for a contract when I don't have the full products I signed for. Can a senior manager at Telkom take responsibility for daylight *******? Who is the ombudsman for Telkom? Icasa requires a ref number in order to proceed with the complaint and Telkom refuses to provide one? How are they allowed to ***** from people??? Where does consumer rights come into effect?
