Sandton City Telkom Agent-- Blessing

My phone was sent in for repairs at Telkom in Sandton City, a lady called me and said that my phone was ready for collection, then I met one of the most arrogant, rude and blameless employees, his name is Blessing. I gave him the opportunity to look for my cellphone in their storage locker and he came back with his ugly attitude and insisted that my phone was not there. I questioned the fact that we received a call about my phone being at the store and he tried his level best to make me go home. He then went back for the first 3rd time to look for my cellphone and guess what, he found it! This rude guy then said it is not his problem that they put the phone where no one could find it, I even mentioned the fact that he did not even try to apologize, because we all know that the customer is always right and in this case, I was right. This *********** guy, then says "I didn't do anything, why must I apologize", I wish to inform whomever is higher up that only his manager stepped out to apologize on his behalf, i know for a fact that I am not the only customer he has treated in this manner, may be be dealt with accordingly
