Samsung / Telkom bridge of contract with end users

Bridge of contract between myself, Telkom and Samsung

Telkom offers mobile deals in store with Buds and Samsung watch. I signed two contracts in December, today 12 March I still have no additional hardware as per contract. The store clerk is nice and helpful but that is where is stops. No support from Samsung or Telkom Walmer Park Port Elizabeth. I will be escalating this to the Ombudsman if no reply
