Samsung Tablet Bad service

So after upgrading to my Samsung ultra s23 ultra, i apparently qualify for a free Samsung tablet. Samsung declined this due to i need to provide POP. the sales person never send me my documentation as agreed, i cannot get hold of the store as they do not have an direct line.... so where to from here...... i know going straight to the store and shove this phone up their asses
