Samsung S7 Edge Screen Repair

I booked my Samsung for a screen repair at Telkom Knysna on the 02/10/2017, 8 days before the year warranty expired on the 10/10/2017. My phone was in perfect working condition, it only had a crack on the middle right edge of the screen. However, Telkom did not send the phone in time to be repaired and it was deemed out of warranty and i was told to pay an absurd amount of nearly +/-R5000.00 to get the screen repaired. I went back to Telkom to enquire about the phone and i was told that they will sort out the problem because i have proof that the phone was sent in before the warranty expired. When they eventually came back to me, i was told to pay R180 courier cost to get the phone back to Telkom Knysna from the repair center with the phone unrepaired, then they sent the phone back to get repaired. Through the course of time, I went back and sent e-mails to Telkom to get updates on my phone and each time i was told a different story. After nearly five months, my mom phoned in on the 12 Feb 2018 and said that if they can not sort out the problem on that day, they should supply me with a new phone. Because we are going overseas. On 14 Feb 2018 i was told that i can come fetch my phone. However, when i arrived and received the phone, the phone was completely changed to GOLD and i previously had a BLACK phone. Then when i asked about the color of the phone i was told that the repair center did not have the part(s) to repair my phone the correct color. I also asked why they did not communicate this to me and i did not receive a clear answer. The lady (Georgia) at Telkom took our numbers and told us she will come back to us the next day regarding my phone color and it is now the third day and Telkom still has not responded.

I am of the opinion that Telkom did not take me seriously due to my age (18years), because when my mother PHONED in action was taken within two days and when i WENT in and SENT e-mails action was not taken for nearly five months.
