Samsung Note20 Telkom pre-order ****

I pre-ordered a Samsung Note20 two weeks back online. To this day, have not received any communication from Telkom, on the 25th of August money was deducted from my acount yet the status of my order is unkown. I tried callling 1023 on multiple occassions,the sales agents tell me that my order is 'waititng to be captured', 'the system is down' or 'the order is not on the system'. This divice was advertised with a limited R4000 voucher that must be redeemed before the 6th of September, only for the first 6000 customers. No one at Telkom can guarantee me if i will get my voucher since i ordered the device on time. Is Telkom now ******** people? Telkom service is unexceptable.
