Samsung Galaxy A5 Stock

I've been trying to sign up for a Telkom cellular contract for the Galaxy A5 but no Telkom store has stock.....for weeks. Even when I call no one answers across all Telkom Stores with exception to Telkom Fourways Mall but they also do not have stock. Where can I find stock??? and When can I get this phone?? Why advertise so exuberantly when there is no stock?
