Samsung ADH/Telkom Mobile

<p>I took a contract with Telkom Mobile. Registered for ADH with samsung. After about 2 weeks I got a small hairline crack on the lcd screen. That didnt bother me. Then while charging the device the phone started swelling and cracked the whole device.</p> <p>As I purchased the device from Telkom, I decided to take it to the store. The person that booked in the phone even confirmed if I registered for ADH. I was under the impression the device will be sent to Samsung. 3 weeks later I was told phone is out of warranty and quoted R3700 (odd) then another quote of R7300 and a week after R5700. If this device was sent to Samsung in the first place, Im sure they would have honnored the warranty. </p>
