Same sh@# different month
My issues has been resolved because I put in the extra effort by continuously calling in and emailing. Telkom double debited me for outstanding funds due to their incorrect processes.(which I have accepted an don't have a problem with)I now receive another sms stating that I have an outstanding amount of which I will need to make a manual payment through ABSA. I get paid on the last day of the month, Telkom only has 4 payment date options(15th 20th 25th 31st)if my pay day falls on a weekend does it make sense to debit my account on the Friday which is the day before I get paid. Does it not make sense to debit on the Monday??I call in to change my debit date to the 15th even though I get paid on the 31st(I'm sure it's possible to add one more debit date for customer who get paid on the 31st, at least have the 1st available-or will this be a cost to your business to administrate)it's now costing me R345 due to unsuccessful debits because of your processes, my time calling and emailing, my account suspended for one month, my ITC/credit profile being effected and I now need to make a manual payment(and I still took out a data line + router with Telkom)what does service provider mean?
