Same problem, 3rd complaint. Nothing's changed
<p>I have a contract stating that I get 10 Gigs of data each month with a Gig extra to use only for social media and unlimited data for whatsapp. Every single month for the past 4 months Telkom slows my data speeds significantly (slower than "Edge/GPRS" speeds after my 1 Gig of social media is used up. (This means I'm paying for 1 Gig each month? Because my other 10 Gig is not even usable. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have made complaints on this website but seems like Telkom doesn't care and no where it states that this was the terms when I signed up. And no one has told me that this would happen either. (I'm getting ****med every month.)</p>

14 Mar 2017, 12:14Unfortunately I can't take your word when you inform me that a team is working on the matter. Seems like that is just a response to get hellopeter to believe something is being done about the problem.
I think it will be better if my family and I take our business elsewhere because it seems unappreciated and unimportant.
