same problem!!!!

Once again, I am trying to call the store and nobody is answering, I have called several times within the past hour, and nobody is calling back or taking my call, this is a major problem with this store and nothing has changed since my last complaint, I am trying to enquire about my contract which I'm sure if I get through to them I will find out that they have once again not even started processing my phone contract! This has become very irritating and some action should really be taken asap!!!!
