Same old story different problem

<p>I have 3contracts with telkom. I complain every few months of their bad service. I paid in December a manual payment but telkom debited my account that has no money in. I made arrangements last year already to say im doing manual payment. Now my service is suspended due to debit order not being paid. I owe them R136,35. Are they crazy? I overpaid by R55 but due to this nonsense now I owe them. My case number was ********** 7. The reference of this call was ********** 82. I am not paying a rejection fee because I played my role. Telkom is the worst telecommunications company ever!!! I will take this company to court if I have to ive had enough!</p>
