Same issue useless issue

Telkom is so ****** useless, at first, I tell you there is Fibre in Menlyn Corporate, you tell me there isn’t, people are using Fibre there, the technician even so it.....now I want to amend my adsl order to Fibre, it’s other stories, your useless consultants cannot just service a client to satisfactory, they just give up and say if the system is saying no there’s nothing they can do, Telkom should stop its bull **** service and train people.
