Same complaint...can't even return a phone call..

<p>This is my third complaint in three days....Called Telkom this morning and after the phone ringing endlessly i heard what sounded like some trying to dial out..i said hello and someon on the other side ' oh sorry i did not know there was someone on the line, this phone does not ring...really a Telkom office and their phone does not work..its a joke.</p> <p>Well i asked him to call me back in 30 min so that i could confirm if someone would be at home to try and get my line repaired after a month of trying. That was 5 hours ago and i am still waiting for him to return my call....and of course if you dial the number no one answers....what is happening at TELKOM</p>
