Salesperson has mislead me

<p>Hi Good day, Im really dissapointed as I have been offered a contract by Telkom in regards to a 10inch Tablet with 5gig data, the fee for this contract is R169 a month, so I have agreed with the sale as the sales lady has put forward as I require atlest 5gigs data a month for work purposes. So the Tablet which came through at 9.4 inches which already now has mislead me thinking that I am going to get a 10inch tablet as the sales lady has assured me. Anyways i bit the bullet on that and I let it go. Now the second problem is that i cannot use the 5gig data due to my location and theres no telkom tower, so i called in and spoke to the a technical agent( I have her call Ref somewhere at work) and she advised me that the 5gig data is a gift from telkom and I am not really paying for it?? which i fail to understand because when the sales lady sold me this contract she did not mention anything about any gift???? I notice that the MTN tower is within range but however I cannot roam using the data which is sold to s me. Its sad that we always have to go to hellopeter for our voices to be heard, Now i have a 9.4inch tablet which suuppose to be 10inch and I haveae 5gig data which I cannot use?????</p>
