Sales will make empty promises just to get a sale through

There is a promotion with Honor phones whereby you can claim earbuds and a smart watch from honor with all sales of Honor devices.

After speaking to one of their sales consultants I was assured that I will get the free stuff from honor when I renew my contract online.

When I got the phone the only paperwork I recieved was a waybill, I tried submitting it online and Honor does not accept it.

Tried sorting it out with Telkom to get the correct paperwork from them but to no avail.

They keep saying "all the other people are using the same papers to claim theirs"

Word of advice... Learn from my mistakes and just stay away from these ******
