Sales staff has no customer experiance

<p>I am interested in your Huawei B315 LTE Routerwith SmartBroadband Wireless 10 GB, I have requested a call back, at 11.03 i recieved a call from ********** 994 on my landline ********** , you really need to go and track this call and listen to it, this person did not want to give me her name she acted like she could not hear me when I asked her for her name, she put me on hold without telling me why, she was laid back and couldnt give a damn that i was concerned with how she was attending to my call, here i am wanting to give u business and these are the kind of sales people u recruit, please track this call so that you can hear what your employees are doing to ur business, it is really pathetic how this lady handled my call, if this is the kind of sales service you give, then I dont even want to enter into a contract with you, other businesses would do their utmost to get sales, but your employees act like we are a nuisance to them for wanting to give you business, a customer should never be made to feel like this, and she thinks i am dumb and that i cant see that she can hear me when I asked for her name.
