I called in to order an LTE line and spoke to Sello who advised that the order will take 3 to 5 working days. On the 6th day, I called in to follow up on my order and was advised by Sibongile that my order will be delivered the following day as it is already with the courier. I did not receive the following day and I followed up again and was advised that my contact number and delivery are incorrect even though I double checked with Sello that they had my correct details, the agent I spoke to advised that she has updated my details and will notify the courier. I called again following up and was advised and was given an incorrect tracking number. Called in again and was advised that my details were never corrected and now they are correcting them again. Called in again and was advised that my order was returned back because I refused delivery - which is an absolute lie as no courier was ever in contact with me. The agent told me they have advised the issuing department to reissue my order urgently and would receive it by tomorrow the 26th of August. I followed up again and spoke to Nompilo who advised that nothing was done with my order after it was returned back and there is also nothing she can do on her side. Such incompetence from everyone I dealt with - almost a month later there is still no response from Telkom,
