Raheesa Sheik Employee nr 11141 phoned me from Mobile talk to sell me wifi. Price R269 for 10gb day 10gb night special. Checked on the system confirmed I am in your cover zones. Even quoted me streets in my area.

First of all after numerous calls your telkom support guy tells me that the sales people lie to sell your products and that I do not have reception in my area and that the product she sold me will not work at all. I immediately cancelled this as this was all lies. Now I get an account for R384.70????? What happened to R269????

I want all of this cancelled immediately!! I have already filled in the cancellation form and send it in but no confirmation yet!!!!!

My debit order has already been cancelled with my bank.
