SALES HARASSMENT

On a daily basis I receive calls from Rude Telkom agents selling a data plan and faithfully so I keep giving the same response that I'm not interested yet still!!! You'd think that's enough! They'l top it up with an attitude, either they will hang up on me expressing my unappreciation of their daily calls or they will put me on hold. Yesterday it was from a *** and the idiot put me on hold. keen to hear what the excuse would be for putting me on hold, surprisingly the hold went on for 38 minutes and eventually hung up. Today it was from ***, again before i could tell the man to stop calling me because I'm not interested in their sales pitch, he also hung up on me. In short I'm harassed by Telkom through idiots who don't know what customer care is.
