Sales experience

<p>I tried to get telkom people to call me via their internet leads process, the first response was an sms I received mentioning that I was approved for the initial/ preliminary assessment as I was enquirying about a contract. Nobody ever called me, then I followed up on using the same process but this time not selecting new sales but follow up on the above mentioned lead. This time I got an sms saying I do not qualify according to initial/ preliminary assessment.</p> <p>I would like telkom to explain this to me, why would I be approved and only to be declined by the same initial/ preliminary assessment processes?</p>
